Believing that young people are a baseline of prosperity in each and every society - Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, through different programs, wants to empower and support the professional development of young people in Kosovo.

Believing that young people are the backbone of Kosovo’s economic and social development, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo continues to invest in long-term programs that empower, upskill, and prepare new generations for the modern labor market. Through strategic partnerships with educational institutions and innovation centers, the company supports the professional development of young people across the country.

Within this approach, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo implements two key youth programs: Youth Empowered and the Student Internship Program.

The “Youth Empowered” Program

(In partnership with Innovation Centre Kosovo – ICK)

The Youth Empowered program, implemented by Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo in cooperation with Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK), is one of the largest and most sustainable initiatives for youth empowerment in Kosovo.

During 2025 alone, the program marked another highly successful year, empowering over 700 young people from different cities across Kosovo through professional, interactive, and practical training sessions. Since its launch, Youth Empowered has helped thousands of young people develop essential skills for their careers and professional lives.

What does Youth Empowered offer?

Through the trainings, participants gain knowledge and skills in key areas such as:

soft skills and leadership,
personal motivation and career orientation,
future skills, including artificial intelligence and digital technologies,
preparation for the labor market and building professional self-confidence.

The trainings are delivered in cooperation with professional trainers from ICK and field experts, creating a dynamic, practical, and inspiring environment for young people across most of Kosovo’s major municipalities.

Who is the program for?

Youth Empowered is open to young people aged 18–30, particularly those seeking employment, undergoing professional transition, or aiming to enhance their skills to become more competitive in the labor market.

The program aims to build real capacities, open new perspectives, and help young people create a clear pathway toward their future careers.

Student Internship Program

(In cooperation with UBT College)

As part of its continued support for education and youth professional development, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo has developed the Student Internship Program in partnership with UBT College.

For two consecutive years, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo and UBT have signed cooperation agreements enabling selected students to complete professional internships within the company’s premises and departments, gaining hands-on experience in a multinational organization.

What do students gain from the program?

During the internship, students:

gain first-hand insight into how a global company operates,
work with professional teams across different departments,
participate in real business projects,
develop practical skills that complement academic knowledge,
benefit from mentoring and guidance by experienced professionals.

UBT students have shared very positive experiences from their internships at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, describing the program as an important step toward building their professional careers.

Program objective

The program aims to create a strong bridge between education and the labor market, offering students real opportunities for development, professional orientation, and preparation for the challenges of today’s job market.

Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo’s Long-Term Commitment

Through these two programs — Youth Empowered and the Student Internship Program — Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo demonstrates its long-term commitment to young people, education, and Kosovo’s sustainable development.

Investing in young people today means investing in the country’s future.
