The “Shaping the Future” program, implemented by Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo in cooperation with the Innovation Center Kosovo (ICK), continues to shape the future of young people in Kosovo through education, motivation, and the development of skills required by the modern labor market.
For the first time since the launch of this program several years ago, Youth Empowered has expanded beyond Prishtina to other cities across Kosovo. This time, dozens and hundreds of young people from Gjakova and Gjilan participated in intensive sessions, gaining in-depth knowledge from respected professionals and trainers in their fields, making the program even more successful at the national level.
During the Gjakova session, Mayor Ardian Gjini honored the event with his presence and, in his opening remarks, described it as a major achievement for the municipality he represents—especially for the city’s youth, who are closely following some of the most up-to-date trainings that help them prepare for the dynamic labor market and, at the same time, for their future in life and career.
In an atmosphere filled with energy, dialogue, and innovative ideas, young participants attended trainings covering three key topics: soft skills and leadership, personal and professional motivation, and future skills with a focus on artificial intelligence.
In both cities, participation was exceptional—young people full of curiosity actively discussed, asked questions, and shared their experiences, demonstrating a strong desire to learn and improve.
Representatives of Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo expressed inspiration from this enthusiasm, emphasizing that the Youth Empowered program remains one of the company’s most successful initiatives for empowering young people in Kosovo.
“The energy and motivation of young people in Gjilan and Gjakova reassure us that Kosovo’s future is in safe hands. Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo will continue to invest in education, skills, and opportunities for the new generation, which is moving forward with great momentum,” said Frosina Islami, Public Relations and Communications Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo.
Following the success in Gjilan and Gjakova, the program will continue with two upcoming major events: on October 15 in Suhareka and on October 30 in Mitrovica, where the same positive, inspiring, and energetic atmosphere is expected to be repeated.
