Prishtina, March 21 – Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo and UBT College are continuing their successful partnership for the second consecutive year, reaffirming their mutual commitment to providing valuable professional opportunities for students.

The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, Rector of UBT College, and Petar Boshkoski, Sales Director of Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo. Through this cooperation, UBT students will once again have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various departments of Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, including sales, logistics, finance, human resources, marketing, and public relations.

Reflecting on the success of last year’s program, Petar Boshkoski, Sales Director at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, highlighted the positive impact of the initiative:

“Last year, we saw firsthand how beneficial this agreement was for students. They gained valuable experience, developed essential skills for entering the labor market, and built an important professional network. We are pleased to continue this excellent collaboration, giving even more students the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and professional environment. At Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, we support young talent and help prepare them for successful careers.”

The internship program remains tailored to the interests and goals of each student, offering up to 20 hours of practical work per week, under the guidance of experienced mentors. Students will be compensated for their engagement and will also have access to potential employment opportunities within the Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo talent pool.

Rector Edmond Hajrizi emphasized the strategic importance of this ongoing cooperation:

“Our partnership with Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo has proven to be an exceptional opportunity for our students. The experience they gained last year was vital to their professional development, and we are pleased to extend this cooperation for another year. Together, we are shaping the future of young professionals in Kosovo.”

This renewed collaboration demonstrates the commitment of both institutions to investing in the next generation of professionals by equipping them with the skills and experience necessary to succeed in the labor market.
