Ten students from the University for Business and Technology (UBT), one of the largest universities in Kosovo, have recently completed their two-month professional internship at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, gaining valuable preparation for the labor market.
Through this internship, students acquired professional knowledge and skills provided by experts from various departments of Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, including sales, human resources, marketing, and corporate affairs.
Milaim Berisha is one of the students who successfully completed the internship at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, describing it as an exceptional experience. “Throughout my internship, I was assigned various tasks that enabled me to develop my skills and knowledge in areas such as operations, marketing, and teamwork. In addition, I had the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals who were always willing to
share their expertise and provide guidance. Overall, my experience at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo was invaluable—not only did it help me gain skills and confidence, but it also provided deeper insight into the industry and the company’s operations,” said Berisha.
Another student, Melissa Ruhani, stated that the knowledge she gained during the internship will be extremely helpful for her future career.
“My experience was very positive. This company offers a dynamic and supportive working environment, where I felt valued and encouraged to develop my skills. I had the opportunity to collaborate with an excellent team that helped me improve professionally,” emphasized Ruhani.
Venera Kamberaj, People and Culture Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, also expressed satisfaction with the success achieved during the two-month period of educating young professionals.
“At Coca-Cola HBC, we take the engagement of young people—especially students—very seriously within our annual partnership programs, offering them a structured inclusion and professional development program. Today, we are extremely proud that the first ten students have completed their internships and gained valuable knowledge and work experience in a global company such as Coca-Cola HBC. We support talent, and this represents an excellent opportunity for young people to become familiar with an environment that offers outstanding opportunities for personal and professional growth,” said Kamberaj.
The cooperation agreement between UBT University and Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo was signed at the beginning of this year.
Meanwhile, over the years, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo continues to support and advance the Youth Empowerment Initiative, providing educational training and new knowledge to more than 4,000 young talents through various programs within the Youth Empowerment framework, while supporting over 30 community initiatives.
