The international youth empowerment program “Coca-Cola Youth Empowered”, implemented in partnership with the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK), marked an exceptional success this year in Kosovo.

Organized across several major cities outside Prishtina, the program brought together hundreds of enthusiastic young people, concluding its most successful edition with a large-scale event in the city of Podujevë.

This major initiative is part of Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo’s mission to support young people in developing their professional and personal skills, by offering practical trainings on leadership, future skills, artificial intelligence, motivation, and career orientation, delivered by leading professionals from various fields.

Renowned lecturer Shpend Ahmeti, speaking about the importance of such initiatives, highlighted the impact that investments of this kind can have on young people:

“Programs like Coca-Cola Youth Empowered create new spaces for young people in Kosovo to learn, grow, and believe more in themselves. The energy I saw in Podujevë is proof that our future is in good hands.”

The high level of participation and the strong enthusiasm among young people clearly demonstrated the need for such initiatives beyond the capital city of Prishtina. Young participants in Podujevë had the opportunity to interact with experts from different fields, attend interactive trainings, and build new professional connections.

Among the participants, enthusiasm was evident.

Arta, 19 years old, stated: “This is the most inspiring activity I have ever attended in Podujevë. I learned things that are not taught in school, especially about careers and the new skills we need for the future to be better prepared for the labor market.”

For Driton, a 21-year-old student, the program was also an extraordinary opportunity: “I expect a lot from this program, especially from the mentoring component and networking with professionals. I believe that such investment in young people can change the course of professional development for many of us.”

With this successful event in Podujevë, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo and ICK continue their journey of strengthening Kosovo’s new generation, positioning Coca-Cola Youth Empowered as one of the country’s most impactful youth programs.

The Podujevë edition marked the conclusion of the 2025 program cycle, following successful events in Prishtina, Gjilan, Gjakova, Suhareka, and Mitrovica. The massive participation and strong interest from young people across Kosovo also reflect the dedication of the lecturers involved, the relevance of the topics covered, and the quality of the event organization.

Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo and ICK will continue implementing this program, committing to another comprehensive and inclusive edition in 2026.
