Prishtina, December 30 – Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo continues to have a strong impact on the younger generation through the “Youth Empowerment” training program, implemented in cooperation with Theta Interactive, which is designed to equip young people across Kosovo with essential soft skills, business knowledge, and technological expertise.
This year, the program achieved new milestones by training 735 participants aged 16–25 in various cities, including Prishtina, Ferizaj, Fushë Kosova, Kamenica, and Hani i Elezit.
Aiming to address the critical need for skills development among young people, the program delivered trainings, workshops, and mentoring sessions led by industry experts. These sessions focused on key areas such as personal development, entrepreneurial thinking, and digital education—skills that are essential in today’s competitive labor market.
Lulzim Bucolli, a trainer specialized in business skills, shared his perspective on the program’s impact:
“Empowering young people with business expertise is more than simply teaching them how to manage a company—it is about nurturing their confidence in innovation, leadership, and creating opportunities for themselves and others.”
Participants such as Anyla, a recent graduate, highlighted the transformative value of the program:
“This program gave me the confidence and tools to develop original ideas and start working on my business concepts. I now see challenges as opportunities for growth.”
Frosina Islami, Corporate Communications Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo, emphasized the company’s commitment to youth empowerment:
“We believe in the potential of young people to shape Kosovo’s future. Through the Youth Empowerment Program, we aim to inspire, guide, and equip them with the skills they need to turn their ambitions into reality.”
As the year comes to a close, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo celebrates another important milestone in its journey of youth empowerment. By training over 700 young talents in just one year, the program has strengthened its role as a catalyst for positive change, nurturing a generation ready to lead and succeed.
