After many years of strong and successful cooperation, Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo<\/strong> and the Innovation Center Kosovo (ICK)<\/strong> have officially relaunched the well-known \u201cYouth Empowerment 2025\u201d<\/strong> program. With a renewed and more ambitious direction, the program returns with the goal of empowering young people in Kosovo with skills aligned with the demands of a rapidly changing world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During 2025, the program aims to engage 800 young people<\/strong> from all major regions of Kosovo, while in-person trainings will be held throughout the year in Prishtina, Gjilan, and Gjakova<\/strong>. This initiative represents not only the continuation of a trusted partnership, but also a renewed vision to equip Kosovo\u2019s youth with essential knowledge and access for the future labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first module<\/strong> of the program will begin on April 29<\/strong> and will take place at the ICK premises in Prishtina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program has been carefully designed to include current topics that reflect global trends and local needs. Participants will explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI)<\/strong> and its impact across various industries. They will also learn how to turn ideas into concrete business plans, while strengthening their skills in digital marketing, storytelling, and content creation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis relaunch is more than a continuation \u2013 it is a renewed promise to stand by Kosovo\u2019s youth and move together toward a more innovative, inclusive, and sustainable future,\u201d said Frosina Islami<\/strong>, Public Relations and Communications Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo. \u201cTogether with ICK, we are proud to bring this platform back with new energy and a future-oriented vision.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its inception, the program has engaged more than 4,000 young people<\/strong> across Kosovo, many of whom have built successful careers or launched their own businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cICK is extremely pleased to once again join forces with Coca-Cola HBC Kosovo on one of the most impactful youth programs in the country,\u201d said Shpend Lila<\/strong>, Project Manager at ICK. \u201cThis program reflects our shared belief in the talent and potential of Kosovo\u2019s youth\u2014and our mission to help them unlock that potential.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cYouth Empowerment 2025\u201d<\/strong> program will continue throughout the year with dedicated training modules in selected municipalities.
