These sessions focused on key areas such as&nbsp;<strong>personal development, entrepreneurial thinking, and digital education<\/strong>\u2014skills that are essential in today\u2019s competitive labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lulzim Bucolli, a trainer specialized in business skills, shared his perspective on the program\u2019s impact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmpowering young people with business expertise is more than simply teaching them how to manage a company\u2014it is about&nbsp;<strong>nurturing their confidence in innovation, leadership, and creating opportunities for themselves and others<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants such as&nbsp;<strong>Anyla<\/strong>, a recent graduate, highlighted the transformative value of the program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis program gave me the confidence and tools to develop original ideas and start working on my business concepts.
